Our history and philosophy
The Alfil Residence Hall opened its doors in 2010., The residence is the result of an accommodation project aimed at university students in Malaga. Located in the Teatinos neighbourhood, just 300 metres from the University of Malaga, the residence represents a commitment to comfort, proximity and familiar treatment. The business group behind Alfil has been adapting to the residential and educational needs of the city for decades, with a vision of the future and a social commitment.

The residence today
Alfil offers 188 single rooms in flats and penthouses of varying capacity, with spacious, bright rooms, living room, bathroom and terrace. The service includes full board with home cooking, weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels, laundry, gym, 24-hour reception and high-speed Internet connection.
The philosophy of the residence is to take care of every detail so that students can focus on study and personal development, enjoying a safe, social and collaborative environment.
