Facilities for your stay
At Alfil Residence Hall we work to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment where each student can fully develop. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home and enjoy an enriching and safe university experience. Our commitment is to provide you with a space that combines wellbeing, community and support throughout your stay.
Reception service
24-hour reception service, directly connected to the flats.
Wi-Fi Internet
High-speed connection throughout the residence.
Gym
We have a complete gymnasium with a weights and cardio area.
Cleaning service
Weekly cleaning of the room with change of sheets and towels, and of the common areas twice a week.
Study and TV rooms
We have two large rooms: one for study, open 24 hours a day, and the other for conferences, equipped with pay TV.
Music room
Fully soundproofed music room that allows the practice of any musical instrument.
Canteen service
Home cooking prepared in the residence with extensive opening hours. Full board included 7 days a week. Picnic option if you have lunch or dinner out.
Laundry service
We offer residents a complete laundry for their personal laundry with a total of eleven washing machines and dryers available to avoid long waits.
Leisure room
A large room with a ping-pong table, table football, stage, light table, music player, karaoke screens, darts area etc.
Maintenance service
We have qualified staff for everything you need.
Bike racks
Totally free service. Your bike always at hand.
Parking service
On request, ask for prices for motorbike or car.

Residence regulations
To guarantee a safe and respectful environment, the residence maintains clear internal regulations: parties and alcohol are forbidden in the rooms, silence is required in the rest and study areas, and mutual respect between residents and staff is promoted. Prior to admission, an interview is held where the future resident is made aware of the rules of coexistence and operation, ensuring that everyone enjoys a peaceful and study-friendly stay.

What is included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee includes single room accommodation, full board with home cooking, weekly cleaning, change of sheets and towels, high speed internet access, gym, study and leisure rooms, laundry and 24 hour reception.
Can I visit the residence hall before booking a place?
Yes, we offer guided visits so that you may get to know the facilities, the conditions of the residence hall and so that you may resolve all your doubts before making your decision.
What are the rules of coexistence?
Mutual respect, silence during study and rest times, prohibition of parties and alcohol, care of the facilities and compliance with the established timetables are required to guarantee a suitable environment for study and coexistence.
What happens if I have to leave the residence hall before the end of the course?
You should contact the administration as far in advance as possible. Each case is treated individually according to the booking contract; there may be penalties or partial refunds depending on the time of cancellation.
Are visits or packages allowed?
Yes, visits are allowed at the established times and the reception of correspondence and parcels in the resident's name, managed by the reception staff for security and order.
